The commissioned works are for personal usage only. Commercial usage is not permitted unless discussed and agreed upon by both the artist and client from the beginning. Reference images or mood boards must be provided (no AI generated references are permitted). Timeline for completion of the work must be discussed and agreed upon by both the artist and the client.Commercial Use definition may be found in the column on the right (under the Extras section) on this page.As the artist, I reserve the right to post commissioned art on any of my socials or to advertise my work (including works under commercial use). I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason. As the artist, the rights to each product I produce are mine. The client is paying the artist to draw an illustration, not to give up its rights.Clients are not permitted to erase or remove the artist’s signature, attempt to claim the artwork as their own, use a personal art commission in a way that would be classified as commercial use (as listed on right), or use the commissioned art for AI.The client is responsible for any legal aspects including liability. By requesting a commission, if there are any liability aspects, the customer is responsible and the artist is not affected. If a copyrighted work or character is being requested, the customer must present evidence of having obtained a license or ownership over the works. The customer takes full responsibility of any legal issues or liability concerns. The artist is not responsible for any legal or liability concerns.

payment

Method of payment, only available through PayPal.Invoice will be made for sketch and flats price before the commission begins, regardless of category requested by the client. The commission will not start until that payment has successfully been received.

editing

Amount of editing ; the client is permitted to request changes or changes 3 separate times before incurring an additional price of $15 per additional edit request.Standard progress check-ins will be held after the sketch and flats stage (for all categories) and after rendering or shading (for categories B and C respectively). Requested for edits are preferred during the sketch check-in as this is when it is easiest to make changes.I am not a professional artist; if there are any accidental mistakes, please let me know.

Commercial use is classified as when the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial advantage or monetary compensation (such as in any form of advertisement and commercial promotion; merchandise; use in film, TV, streamed content, printed, or digital publication; and a all material that is created with the intent of profit)
